My experience during my 28-day confinement at KLC Postnatal Care was incredibly positive. The center provided a comfortable and welcoming environment, made even better by its newly renovated space and daily room cleaning services. What stood out to me was the thoughtful approach to meal options. While they offered both Chinese and Western cuisine, I found myself gravitating towards the Western meals, which were prepared with fresh ingredients and less seasoning. Despite my deviation from traditional postnatal care foods, my breast milk production remained unaffected, which was a relief.

One of the highlights of my experience was the support I received from the nursing team, particularly the head nurse. Despite my initial apprehensions about breastfeeding, she provided both mental and physical support. From teaching me how to properly pump breast milk to offering guidance on breastfeeding basics, her assistance was invaluable.

A stress-free confinement stay with KLC, also a very aesthetic pleasing Interior Design as it advertised, the most “ins worthy” confinement center you will see in TOWN!

Top notch customer service, the management team, nurses and chef has been so patient and friendly with our inputs.

Nurses have been very supportive over breastfeeding, and also comforting my baby with tummy massage when needed. Always sending baby to my room with a big smile. 🙂

As a first time mother, I was as new to this as my new born is coming to this world. However, the team of nurses, headed by a very experienced head nurse had patiently guided me through the intricacies of the first month of motherhood. It was reassuring and definitely brought a pleasant experience in my first month with the baby. They had classes which includes learning to perform CPR on the baby and provided guidance on a daily basis which helped prepare us to transition back home.

The food was beyond expectations and expectations were high. It has leveled up the entire confinement experience. The food served was restaurant grade and was something to look forward to every day. It ranges from herbal tonic soups for recovery to steaks and burgers for indulgence. Nothing was bland and the meals were executed with care. With 5 meals a day, I never had the chance to feel hungry and was good enough that I wasn’t even longing for outside food.

All in all, it was a pleasant 28 days stay and with all the guidance from the nurses, I almost felt ready to take on the baby myself.
